Already 15 years ago the Astral Serpent was a common sight on the creek, the bright yellow waistcoat with the slim fit. Now the classic is available as a new edition in the Serpent 2.0.
There wasn't much that could have been improved in the design, but in terms of buoyancy, Astral has upped the ante. The new Astral Serpent comes with 65 Newton and thus plays with the heavyweights of the white water league.
It offers enough storage space for the most important items such as mobile phone, keys and other small items, is equipped with a chest strap and despite all this it is not too bulky to be interesting for hiking and sea kayakers.
