The Grabner Escape 1 is a slim inflatable kayak for long tours on calm lakes and rivers! The low height and the keel approach through a wide rubber bead in the bottom give this boat an excellent run. The V-shaped cross-section allows good hip contact with the boat by adjusting the seat height.
The air seats are clamped into the side of the boat and can be used with the backrest be extended for an even more comfortable driving experience. The feet can be placed on the included stirrups for even better grip. These contact points also allow the boat to be driven and edged in the current. In addition, the power transmission from the paddle to the boat is improved.
A canopy welded to the hull protects against the ingress of water and reduces the surface area on windy days. Spray decks can also be stretched over the cockpit hatches. The bow is also protected with a solid plastic strip for particularly stony operations. The boat can also be easily carried around weirs or to the next lake using the carrying handles. Smaller pack bags can be stowed under the covers in the bow and stern of the boat. As standard, the Grabner Escape 1 has a stable rear fitting for attaching optional controls.
