The Jackson Kayaks Antix 2.0 is the new development of the AntiX (2016), which was launched in 1.0. The Jackson Kayaks Antix 2.0 has been optimized for heavier whitewater and more fun. The light bottom edge and flat bottom allow good directional control when surfing waves. The sides of the Jackson Kayak Antix 2.0 are rounded at an angle between the lower and upper hulls. This prevents water from pressing laterally on the upper ship. As a result, the boat forgives mistakes more easily and can also be driven safely in heavier white water. In addition, the knee supports have been moved further up. This change is primarily intended to improve seating comfort. The back strap is adjusted using known, clampable cords.
The rocker at the bow of the Antix 2.0 has also been increased. This means that even large reels can be easily overbooted. At the rear, the rocker has been reduced slightly, which should make undercutting easier. As with all modern river runners, the volume in the boat is concentrated in the bow. The boat has been lengthened and widened a bit, which should provide additional safety and speed in white water.
With the Antix 2.0, kayakers can experience the feeling of playing on the streams of class II and III anew and push themselves up to class V!
