Kober Lemon whitewater paddle with vario pitch

380,00 โ‚ฌ - 440,00 โ‚ฌ

The Kober Lemon is an agile, hand-laminated whitewater paddle with an integrated foam core, medium blade size and balanced handling characteristics. The paddle blades are made of fiberglass laminate and are combined with a flexing fiberglass shaft. The low weight, the guide rib and the reinforced front blade make this paddle a favorite with beginners and advanced users.

Delivery time: 5-7 days

The Kober Lemon with Vario division is a light laminate paddle for use in white water, which can also be used in touring. Due to the divisibility, it also fits well in packraft backpacks. The laminate reed with a foam core combines low weight with high stiffness compared to polyamide reeds. Due to the medium blade size, the paddle can be used by many different types of paddlers. The slightly flexing fiberglass shaft is easy on the wrists, both with strong pulls and with stone contact.

The Vario division allows the Kober Lemon to be divided into two or four parts. With the T7 division, this paddle can be disassembled into two parts and, if necessary, adjusted in length and number of degrees. This makes the paddle particularly suitable for long flights and small storage space. The T7 division consists of an aluminum clamping ring with a quick release. This means that the paddle cannot shift even under heavy loads. The interlocking shaft parts allow the paddle length to be extended up to 10 cm.

Since May 2023, Kober has also been using the improved T7 pitch for whitewater paddles. The slot on the quick release was rounded off towards the inside. The load at the transition from the quick release to the paddle shaft is therefore reduced. In addition, the inner sleeve, which engages with the quick release or the shaft tube, was additionally reinforced with carbon. This is intended to reduce shaft breaks of the paddle at the pitch. However, a break, especially when touching the bottom during the Eskimo roll or when using the paddle bridge (inappropriately), can never be completely ruled out in white water!

The four-piece paddle consists of a T7 split and two T2 splits with interlocking shaft parts and snaps.
