The Kober Zombie Evolution EFC Ergo is an inexpensive whitewater paddle with a foam core and ergo shaft. The fiberglass laminate with the integrated EFC full foam core keeps the price and weight low. The Dynel edge protects the laminate from damage when it comes into contact with stones. The guide rib on the front and the foam core give the paddle blade high rigidity. As usual, Kober does without unnecessary stiffening ribs on the back of the blade. This avoids turbulence when pulling the paddle. This hydrodynamic design guarantees the Zombie fantastic driving characteristics with maximum efficiency.
The carbon ergo shaft allows the paddle blades to be positioned forward as desired. This allows even more traction to be brought to the sheet. Due to the ergo shaft, the grip position is perpendicular to the direction of pull of the paddle. This keeps the paddle held horizontally in the optimal pulling position, even with a slightly open hand. When hitting a counter, the paddle behaves “neutrally”, like with a straight shaft. The blade does not run out of direction and does not need to be stabilized with force. The ergo stock noticeably reduces the strain on muscles, tendons and ligaments and motivates you to do new things.
Alternatively, the Kober Zombie Evolution EFC Ergo is also available with straight shaft, if necessary also Message .
