The Lettmann Ergonom Pro Tour Light is a touring paddle with wide blades, which is designed for high paddling technique. The blade is made of the LCS 70 composite with a foam core. Due to the profiling of the blade on the inside, a negative pressure is created there. This hydrodynamic lift generates additional propulsion in the train and reduces blade flutter.
The combination of carbon, glass and aramid fibers ensure high stability with a slight flex in the paddle. The term light refers to the number of layers on top of each other. This is how the paddle achieves a phenomenal light weight of only 870-890 grams! A surrounding aramid edge prevents the individual layers from splitting.
The ergonomic shaft developed by Lettmann ensures relaxed paddling even on long tours. The automatic stabilization of the paddle blades by the pressure point in front of the pulling hand and the reduced twisting of the wrist to the shaft result in a flap-free pull through of the paddle blade. This reduces the holding power and there is less wear and tear on the ligaments and joints.
For paddling trips, expeditions, small cars and apartments, this is it Lettmann Ergonom Pro Tour Light touring paddle with Vario division available.
