The Bora is Palm's flagship paddle jacket in sea kayaking and touring. With the 3-layer XP 3 material, it is in no way inferior to whitewater paddle jackets and offers maximum impermeability even in the most adverse conditions. For this, latex cuffs on the hands close the paddling jacket. To protect against UV radiation, these are covered with neoprene cuffs. The spraydeck fits comfortably in the double chimney of the Palm Bora paddling jacket. The transition to the hips can be completed with an elastic band.
The hood offers excellent protection even in stormy weather and can also be worn with a helmet. When the weather is nice, the hood can be zipped off. A fleece-coated neoprene collar connects to the inside of the neck. This can be adjusted to the right size with a Velcro fastener. On warm days, the collar can be opened with a zipper that is offset to the side.
Two zippers on the stomach create a large hand-warmer pocket that is fleece-lined on the inside.
