The Peak PS Adventure EVO is a back entry sea kayak and touring drysuit.
The EVO product line focuses on the ecological footprint during production. This means that the outer layer of the four-layer membrane fabric is made from 100% recycled yarn. The water-repellent coating is free from chlorofluorinated hydrocarbons. On the shoulders, elbows and seat area, another thick layer of recycled nylon protects the fabric from abrasion. The seams in the inner and outer layers have also been reduced for longer durability and better tightness.
You can easily get into the drysuit via a waterproof zipper on the back. A Pee Relief Zipper that is compatible with the male anatomy helps with the sudden urge to urinate in the stream. Danger! This only applies to sizes S, M, L and XL. The lady sizes L10, L12 and L14 do not have a pee zipper.
The wrists are finished with latex cuffs and covered with Bioprene™ cuffs. This material behaves like neoprene but is made from recycled yarn and shrimp fishery waste. The spraydeck can also be attached in the double chimney with a Bioprene™ waistband and Velcro fasteners. At the neck, a Bioprene™ collar seals the drysuit. The frets have become softer and thicker compared to the previous model. A fleece-lined collar keeps the neck area warm even in cold weather.
On the right side there is a small pocket with a drainage hole and a zipper. This was made from recycled plastic from PET bottles. The Peak PS Adventure EVO comes with a storage pouch made from leftover production materials.
