The ZET Kayaks Cross is a solid whitewater creeker. The large volume and the large width give this boat the necessary stability even in difficult white water. With a strong edge, this kayak has a good straight run and also helps with quick changes of direction in the current. However, the large volume requires an active riding style with a lot of pull on the paddle. Strong rocker in both the narrow bow and stern allows strong boofs over holes and rolls.
The typical ZET Kayaks seat rests on a solid stiffening frame. In this way, the load is evenly distributed over the case, even in the case of stronger impacts. The soft foam rubber of the seat shell is closed-pored and does not get wet even when it comes into contact with water! With only minimal screws through the reinforced whitewater shell, the ZET Kayaks Cross also stays dry from the inside.
