Jackson Kayaks Flow is a smaller Creeker based on its bigger brother Gnarvana. The kayak has become shorter, slimmer and lighter in comparison. As with the Gnarvana, the bow and stern have a lot of rocker. This continues to be safe over holes and drops. The rocker was reduced slightly in favor of better directional stability. This means that the shorter boat lies in the water with almost the same length and is easier to keep in line and surf.
As is now common practice with almost all whitewater kayaks, Jackson also relies on a flat bottom to maintain speed on the water. A downward-sloping edge on the edge of the slightly curved bottom allows you to traverse the boat wonderfully and surf the entire wave!
The Gnarvana's large width has been retained around the cockpit, while the bow and stern converge much more quickly. This means that the kayak can be quickly tilted from edge to edge when surfing, for example. The tail, which converges sharply at the end, helps to quickly leave the water surface, especially with boofs, and thus ensures long air times. A smaller volume also makes it easier to submerge the stern, which makes it even easier to lift the bow out of the water on the boof.
Jackson Kayaks Flow comes with fully equipped whitewater seating: With the Bee Knees, the thigh supports can be adjusted conveniently and easily without screws, only with Velcro fasteners. The foam wedges in the bow and stern fixed via the cover and a floor rail also increase the stability of the boat. The seat can be adjusted to 5 different positions and is attached to the floor rail with two screws. The backrest can be adjusted in the classic way with rope clamps. The footrest with impact plate can also be easily adjusted in the boat using a central rope clamp.
