The Langer Rolldown 2 is a pannier for your paddling equipment made of durable tarpaulin material. The tote bag is largely waterproof thanks to the roll-top closure, just like with pack sacks. The rolled-up closure is fixed with two snap buckles. Padded carrying handles and a detachable shoulder strap with pad make transport easier.
