The Peak PS Air Bags Canoe are buoyancy devices for open Canadians. Two large buoyancy bodies in open canoes ensure that little water gets into the boat and the boat still remains controllable. The buoyancy bodies consist of a robust nylon fabric that is airtightly sealed with PVC on the inside. The air bag is well protected against abrasion. The buoyancy bodies can be inflated using a PVC hose with a screw cap. There is a large plug for drying and quick deflation of the air bags. With a D-ring and metal eyelets on the corners, the Peak PS Canoe Air Bags can be attached to the canoe's cross-stretched cords. A set contains 2 floats.

Peak PS started as Peak UK in 1990 when founder Pete Astles was an aspiring slalom racer and funded his sport by working at a local kayak shop. He got sick and couldn't exercise for several months, so he got bored. Because the products in the store were poorly designed and made in poor sizes, he decided to make some clothes himself. With the help of a sewing machine manufacturer friend, they soon made a prototype jacket and life jacket. His slalom colleagues all wanted those jackets and life jackets. Pete borrowed some money from his father, bought a sewing machine, some fabric and foam, then learned how to make clothes, making almost all of them himself for the first few years, buying new machines and learning to operate them in the process. Today, almost 30 years later, Peak UK is one of the world's leading kayak clothing brands. Peak UK's main office is in the Derwent Valley, England. The Industrial Revolution began more than 200 years ago at this World Heritage Site. Now a paddle clothing revolution is starting from this site. With Brexit in 2021, Peak UK opened its new Peak EU branch in Wexford, Ireland. Since 2022, all products have been running under the Peak Paddlesports - Peak PS brand without a regional designation.
