The Astral Hiyak paddle shoe sets the standards in terms of fit, workmanship and grip.
As a real lightweight, the Hiyak attaches itself to the steepest rock faces. A semi-rigid heel cup and padded ankle protection offer the best wearing comfort and stability in any terrain. The Hiyak has a simple lace closure that is covered with a Velcro fastener, reducing the risk of the laces getting caught somewhere. Due to its high cut, the Hiyak sits very firmly and securely on the foot. The lined mesh material in the shoe makes it flexible so that it doesn't become an obstacle in the kayak or on the SUP. This gives the Astral Hiyak excellent drying properties.
The Astral Hiyak is not particularly large or particularly small. When using with neoprene socks and/or drysuit socks, pay attention to the appropriate size!
