The NRS Flux is a whitewater paddling jacket with latex cuffs for men. The jacket is made of solid 4-layer Eclipse™ material that is also impregnated with a water-repellent coating.
The hands and neck opening are finished with latex cuffs. An overlying Glideskin™ neoprene cover protects the latex from UV radiation. The Glideskin™ cuffs are strongly conical in order to reduce the water pressure on the latex cuffs, especially on big-water streams. The remaining water can drain away via small holes between the neoprene and latex cuffs.
The spray skirt is fixed in the double chimney of the paddling jacket with a neoprene strap and Velcro fasteners. An elastic band on the inner chimney prevents it from slipping up.
On the right side of the jacket there is a small, splash-proof pocket that closes with a zipper. It can still be opened next to the life jacket.
