The Palm Descender is a high-cut neoprene paddling shoe. With 4 mm thick neoprene, the kayak shoe not only provides excellent protection against the cold, but also offers good padding when moving on land. The neoprene lined on the inside is pleasantly warm and also prevents the neoprene from sticking to the skin. The Glide-Skin neoprene cuff around the ankle keeps the shoe dry even when moving in the water. With the Diamond Traction sole there is good grip even on wet stones. Two Velcro straps on a plastic ring stiffen the Palm Descender around the ankle and prevent the paddling shoe from twisting.
