With the Advanced, Sandiline is launching an uncomplicated, very well thought-out drysuit at an affordable price. Instead of sealing the doors with latex, the Advanced drysuit keeps water out at the neck using coated neoprene. The zipper is attached to the torso, making it easy to put on and take off. This leaves more freedom of movement at the shoulders for cool moves on the stream. The zipper doesn't get in the way when you're sitting in the boat.
The extremely durable and breathable 3-layer Toyota material is additionally reinforced with Cordura in stressed areas. The hands are finished with latex cuffs, which are covered with neoprene cuffs to protect against sunlight and damage. The neck is sealed with two soft neoprene cuffs. Compared to latex cuffs, these are less tight on the neck, but still provide a very good seal. Sandiline uses its One42 neoprene, which is laminated on the inside.
Compared to the Extreme drysuit, the 3-layer Toyota 3L fabric is lighter and less stiff. While the water column is still massive, the Sandiline Advanced drysuit is less bulky and of course also saves weight on the plane or on the packraft tour.
