You are a Paddler:in - whether in a kayak, canoe or airboat. You love your sport and appreciate good equipment. Whether you are a radical whitewater paddler or a rusher in a folding boat, you are interested in all types of paddling. Clever details on the boat or drysuit inspire you. You like to try new things and share your experiences with others. You are open and interested towards others, like to communicate by e-mail, on the phone and of course face-to-face. You have experience in service, ideally in (canoe) retail. At least in the first few weeks, your place of work is 85653 Aying (8 minutes from the Salzburg autobahn, accessible by S-Bahn), later it may be possible to work from home temporarily via email, chat and telephone. The period of use is limited from February to October, but may also be possible all year round.

We offer you an attractive working environment in one of the largest paddle shops in Germany, from whose extensive range you can benefit with good purchasing conditions. You work in a structured and precise manner, numbers and text don't scare you. You have an affinity for outdoor equipment. You live in the south of Munich and are looking for regular work for a few hours a day. You process the orders in our online shop conscientiously and reliably, pack the goods and, if necessary, assist with customer communication. Your place of work is 85653 Aying (8 minutes from the Salzburg autobahn, accessible by S-Bahn). The period of use is all year round.

You paddle safely WW 2-3, have love and understanding for the floodplain and river ecosystem. While paddling, you look over the coaming of sport and exercise, and you are interested in the natural and cultural landscape that surrounds you. You like to be on the river for days and touring abroad for several weeks. You are interested in other people and enjoy leading groups. You have a knack for logistics and organization. If it gets stressful, you keep track of things. Solving spontaneous challenges doesn't scare you. Your place of work are the most beautiful rivers in Bavaria, Austria, Italy and the Balkans. The period of use is limited from April to October.

• as a canoe instructor:

You paddle safely WW 4, draw your lines with style and master the repertoire of modern whitewater technology and how to convey it. You are confident in sports, the river is your home. But your focus is always on people. You like to show others your world, but above all you are open to their needs. In canoe training you know how to pick people up from where they are. You have practical experience in teaching, ideally in association work or with other providers. You have solid regional knowledge in at least one training area in the Northern Alps. Your place of work are the most beautiful rivers in Southeast Bavaria and Austria. If you have the right qualifications and motivation, you will also lead courses lasting several weeks in the Northern and Southern Alps, in the Balkans and the Caucasus. The period of use is limited from April to October. The position is aimed at trainers in the fields of kayaks, Canadians, air boats, packrafts.
